The business of banking is very much a "people" business. Almost all credit unions offer similar products and services, but what sets Waterbury Telephone apart is our "attitude". We sincerely believe that the attitude of our staff and board of directors is the cornerstone of the business and that attitude is the most important step in forgoing relationships and in helping our credit union succeed.

The directors and credit union staff are dedicated to putting forth their best efforts each day to meet and surpass the performance of our peers. We believe that we need to build solid relationships with our valued members, earning their trust and confidence by steadfast dedication and commitment to integrity. Waterbury Telephone FCU takes pride in seeing our members succeed and attain their goals. This was the successful attitude of our founders and we will continue with this quest.
